CCR Is Going Away—What to Expect
The Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system is going away. CCR, along with Federal Agency Registration (FedReg), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), will be migrated into the new System for Award Management, or SAM. The Table Maintenance Section (TMS) of the Accounting Processing Branch is responsible for maintaining the vendor and customer records in both the Foundation Financial Information System (FFIS) and the Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI). TMS is currently performing maintenance for both accounting systems until all agencies have been implemented into FMMI.
Agencies that have not yet been implemented into FMMI should continue sending requests through the FFIS PVND process.
