COURSE DESCRIPTION: Lecture workshop provides technical training on how to use the Internet Billing (IBIL) system and how to input bills in IBIL to collect funds from government and non-government vendors, as well as perform research in the system.

COURSE CONTENT:
- IBIL advantages for collecting through Intragovernmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) System from other USDA agencies as well as non-USDA Federal vendor agencies
- Learn how to identify IPAC collections in the Foundation Financial Information System (FFIS) resulting from bills input through the IBIL process
- Gain an understanding of the audit trail that exists between IBIL, Administrative Billings and Collections (ABCO), and the FFIS system
TARGET AUDIENCE: Individuals responsible for submitting bills to collect funds for their agency
TRAINING LOCATION: COD, New Orleans, Louisiana; the Customer Support Office in Washington, DC; or an agency site

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for refund/cancellation must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start of the session. Agencies will be billed for students registered. Substitutions can be made up to the first day of the session.
