COURSE TITLE:  TRAVEL RELOCATION FORMS

COURSE DESCRIPTION:  Lecture and hands-on workshop will familiarize students with the Travel Relocation System. Completion instructions for travel relocation forms are provided. Detailed explanation of system audits and edits as performed on the data elements is also given.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Subject matter trainees and experts who deal with the day-to-day administrative activities of their agency

TRAINING LOCATION: COD, New Orleans, Louisiana; the Customer Support Office in Washington, DC; or an agency site

REGISTRATION PROCESS: 
Complete the COD Course Registration Form and submit via fax at  504-426-9740, at least 5 business days prior to the start of the session.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
 Requests for refund/cancellation must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start of the session.  Agencies will be billed for students registered.  Substitutions can be made up to the first day of the session.
