COURSE TITLE: CORPORATE PROPERTY AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM (CPAIS) REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (RPM)

COURSE NUMBER: 2024

COURSE DURATION: 3 Days

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Lecture and hands-on workshops instruct students on accessing, navigation, query, and data entry of USDA's Owned, Leased, General Services Administration (GSA) Assigned and Co-location real property modules. Instructions are provided on completing the Agency Occupancy Update and Building Security Modules and generating reports.

- CPAIS RPM overview
- Concepts introduced followed by hands-on exercises
- Use of reports to display and analyze data

Real property management personnel

TRAINING LOCATION: COD, New Orleans, Louisiana; the Customer Support Office in Washington, DC; or an agency site

REGISTRATION PROCESS: Complete the COD Course Registration Form and submit via fax at

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for refund/cancellation must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start of the session. Agencies will be billed for students registered. Substitutions can be made up to the first day of the session.
