Instructions are provided on completing the Agency Occupancy Updates, Building Security, modules, and generating reports.

COURSE NUMBER: 2023
COURSE DURATION: 2 Days
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Lecture and hands-on workshops instruct students on the fundamentals of online data entry, correction, inquiry, and reporting features of the PROP data base. Introduces the ability to integrate fiscal accounting with property accountability. Provides uniform data for management to exercise control over the acquisition and disposition of all accountable property, including capitalized, sensitive, leased, loaned, and excess property, as well as motorized and ADP equipment.
