COD Contact Center

USDA Agency Functional Administrators (FA) are end users' first point of contact for resolving FMMI, CPAIS, and other system-related inquiries. The Contact Center is available to assist FAs with the resolution of agency end-user inquiries. Contact Center technicians are available to answer FA calls from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. (CT), Monday through Friday (except on Federal holidays); however, a request for assistance can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests received outside of our normal operating hours will be handled the following business day.

The Contact Center is under the management of the Associate Chief Financial Officer for Financial Operations, Controller Operations Division, and is staffed by the Customer Support Branch. The Contact Center is available to assist agency Functional Administrators with the resolution of
end-user inquiries on FMMI, CPAIS, and other system-related issues.

The mission of the Contact Center is to:

  • Provide basic application functional knowledge to assist users with work process steps.
  • Provide answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Create and assign trouble tickets.
  • Act as liaison between agency and Tiers Two and Three support staff to resolve issues.
